who i know is your nemesis but rob bradford helps set that up because he's been talking to him off and on

the last couple of seasons here's the thing thing. Not anymore. You have grown. That's all it took. No, not that. I've just, you know, I've, you've grown. Got it. Yeah, you've made, you, you have improved yourself. I've made personal strides. You know, I'm not going to hang on to that, you know?

It's drinking poison and hoping the other person gets sick.

That's all grudges are.

I don't want that.

My take is you should hold a grudge, otherwise you never should have gotten mad in the first place.
