Tobes. How you do? I'm okay how are you I thought I was coming down with a cold

but I think I've I think I've discovered it was actually

coronavirus no no have you heard about its deadly diseases going around the world yeah

no I've had that one twice now, James, but I thought I might be getting a sore throat, which was very annoying because I've been drinking very little in January. I've been trying to do dry January.

That could be the reason. Yeah, not drinking enough.

I've been I've been I've been I've been I've been I've been I've only I've been down to I'm trying to keep it down to about two

drinking days a week which is my version of dry January and have been

succeeding but instead of in and you know getting more sleep doing more exercise generally eating kind of less fatty salty foods

Because I'm you know a bit more disciplined. It's when I get drunk that I you know lay into the

crisps and the nuts even with all those things James you know I'd expect

feeling on top of the world but actually I suddenly got a sore throat I thought oh

what's the point?

But anyway it's got it toxic shock from the absence of toxins maybe or something.

It's a bit like like why you're not meant to give up smoking because the cigarettes provide a
