A number of years ago, Rob, you remember that the Academy Awards had a little bit of a kerfel going on because they

at for a long time the Academy Awards had five nominees for Best Picture

five nominees for Best Picture. Five nominees for best picture.

And then came the year of the Dark Night.

And the Dark Night was pretty much looked at

as being the best hope ever for a comic book film to be nominated for Best Picture and

it didn't get the nomination.

It didn't get it.

If there had been six, maybe seven nominees, we would have had the dark night as the first

comic movie in history to probably get a best picture nomination but it did not

get that nomination so what happened was the following year the Academy changed

their rules where they could have anywhere between 7 and 10 nominees, between 7 and 10 nominees.

And the way that would work is this, it was through a certain balloting system that it would come, once they go through the balloting system, it would come once they go through the

balloting system it would come down to however many films a couple of years we've

had ten nominees most of time it's been eight nine things like that and this has
