| 0:46.7 | So generally speaking, spicy foods are very healthy. |
| 0:52.2 | And usually when people think of spicy foods, they're often referring to |
| 0:57.6 | spicy peppers found in foods. Spicy peppers contain something called capsicinoids, which include the |
| 1:08.3 | compound capsacinin. And that's the chemical component of peppers that actually create that spicy taste that you get. |
| 1:17.5 | And research has shown that capsacin has a variety of different health benefits, including in improving inflammation, |

| 1:55.7 | Other benefits of spicy foods, specifically that include capsaic from the spicy peppers. |
| 2:05.4 | Capsin supports normal circulation, blood flow, and just overall cardiovascular health, |
| 2:11.8 | as well as decreasing the risk of heart disease. |
