Yes, definitely, definitely. Well, I think a major part of my business and what I'm doing today, it's a result of my personal transformation.

And one of the things that I feel is so important to let people know is that I struggled my entire life to be fit and to be at a weight that I was happy with.

It was a daily struggle. I thought about it all the time.

And what happened is that after I had two kids, I was at a weight that was heavier than ever before.

And I was also working in a career as a demanding management consultant in New York City.

So I had pretty much no time for myself.

But one day, everything changed and this really led to where I'm at today.

I was at home and my kids were crying to go outside and I didn't want to take them.

I just had no energy. I was too tired. I felt extremely lethargic.

And it hit me in that moment. Oh my God, is this the life that I want to lead where I can't even take my kids to have fun because I feel so bad about myself?

And then I knew at that moment I had to make a change. I had to take control of my health and of my life.

And that's when I started looking into what could I do to change this with my busy lifestyle?
