Well today let's start with a life hack. Stop chopping spinach for cooking recipes. That's my life hack. I just discovered this

last week. I like to hide spinach in things because it's a very mild vegetable and I can sneak it

into almost anything and my kids never complain. I've chopped it up and put it under cheese on our pizza. I have put it in almost any soup

that we've made. We made enchiladas last night and I put it within the enchilada mix, like the

filling. I even blend it with applesauce and make green applesauce and the kids love it. In fact, they
