that often get used to defend decisions that are actually not biblical at all. And we can all fall into

the trap of twisting scripture to fit our lifestyle or desires. And I know that I've done it many times,

especially in college and in my early 20s when all I wanted to do was get married or find excuses

to understand dating better or marriage better. Basically, we can twist scriptures

to want to give permission to our lifestyles or our desires or to try to figure out what God wants

us to do. And again, we want answers from God. We can be very good at twisting scriptures.
