Just like there are seasons that divide the year with weather patterns and daylight, there are seasons that mark a faithful woman's life.

Today, on the Faith and Practice series, I will share some wisdom about some common seasons marked for a woman and how we can be encouraged and prove faithful in them.

Well, hey, everyone. Welcome to 2020. It's been a long time, you know, all the way since 2019.

Glad you're back. This is your first time listening to the Sheeprews Faithful Podcast. Welcome.

My name is Lauren, and I hope that you find practical encouragement. In fact,

I'm actually starting a practical encouragement series called Faith and Practice. I'll get to that

in a second. But just to let you know and update everybody, at the time of this recording,

I am almost 38 weeks pregnant with a little miracle baby. It's absolutely incredible. Started this year

with an egg topic pregnancy and had to have immediate surgery went in to basically see my baby for

the first time and ended up in the hospital and surgery two hours later. So we are so grateful

for this little baby. We're waiting to find out if it's a girl or boy. So it just adds to the anticipation, which means I am recording a bunch of podcasts. I'm going to try, Lord willing, to record a bunch of podcasts before this baby comes so that they will be ready for you to enjoy, just ready to publish. Usually, I'll be honest. I do it a week

at a time. If you are ever in my house on a Wednesday night, I'm usually podcasting to publish on

Thursday. So here we are. Get a little head, hopefully. It's like I did prepare some freezer meals

the other day. I have about

eight bags of Ziploc, carrots and onions and meat of some sort, ready to dump in the crockpot,

and I never do that. So it's like nesting, nesting with the podcast. Here I am. Anyway, I'm starting off

2020 with a practical series that addresses some of the most

requested information from listeners. I get emails and messages on Instagram asking me some questions

or some thoughts. And so I thought, why don't I just do a practical series on this? So here we are.
