Hey everyone, it's Lauren.

Thank you so much for celebrating with me today by tuning in to the 100th episode of the Sheeproves Faithful podcast.

I started this podcast about two and a half years ago in our garage and I've moved up in the world. I'm now in our room.

So the climate is better. You know, you get a little more climate control when you're indoors.

So I'm thankful for that. And I am so excited.

I didn't think, wow, let's get to episode 100 when I started it. I was just trying to be bold enough

to press publish. So we've published enough episodes to get here. And I'm thankful. So today's

episode is a little different. I love walking us through the scriptures and talking about how to apply them to our life. This is about gospel, center living, knowing the truth, and then walking according to it. Today, I'm taking a little turn and kind of having a get to know you. I've done a hundred of these. You've gotten to know me over the years. But my husband had the idea of,

hey, how about have a Q&A, have your listeners ask some questions, and I'll jump in. And so my husband

was gracious enough to join me and ask some of the questions that you guys had. And I'm answering

them today. Before we jump into the Q&A, I just wanted to say a little something. Like if I could

have a speech, if I could do Toastmasters right now, and give a huge thanks to the Lord,

and a thank you to you and kind of summarize this podcast. That's what I want to do now. So I'm raising

my glass of LaCroix with orange juice. Remember that life hack? It's like a mimosa

for the morning. You get LaCroix and OJ. I actually don't have anything in front of me because that

would be highly annoying to drink while I'm docking into the microphone. But I know you guys are

all yelling right now, speech, speech from your car in your kitchen. So I'm just going to do a little speech.
