In Psalm 23, David writes, he leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

What are these paths of righteousness? How do we walk in them?

Today we are exploring the theology of righteous living and looking at five examples of how David walked in righteousness.

These examples are things God can work in our lives and that we can practice today.

My name is Lauren, and if this is your first time here at the SPF podcast, it's all about

knowing the truth of God's word and then applying it to our

lives so that God may be glorified and our joy would be made full. So this week has been

exciting already. Today I was making my bed and we have this big decorative pillow. It's

actually a king sham. We have a queen-sized bed, but I found

this bedding, and it didn't, I just, I bought a king sham to go with it. So that's one of our

decorative pillows, and I have pillows stuffed in there. And there it is. Anyway, well, I felt

something at the bottom of the pillow case as I was making the bed and I thought it was just a toy and I reached down

in there and I was even joking with my husband like oh what toy did my children hide in our

pillow today and I pull out my retainer my lost retainer of two years I have not seen this retainer

in two full years now this means I either haven't washed that sham

in two years, which I hope is not the case, but completely a possibility. The only thing is,

I'm very militant about laundry when people are sick. If they're not sick, I'm like,

oh, wait, when you run out of underwear, let me know, I'll throw a load in. But when people are sick, I'm like, oh, wait, when you run out of underwear,
