My name is Lauren, and if this is your first time tuning in,

thanks for listening. Thanks for letting me be a part of your day today. The goal of this podcast is to share

the truth of God found in his sufficient scriptures to help us prove faithful as women.

This summer, I'm going to slow the podcast down just a bit because, drum roll,

I am writing a new handbook that I'm totally jazzed about. I can't wait to show it to you all,

but it's still in pages with a lot of, it just, it looks like words right now, so it's not pretty yet. In fact,

nothing I do really looks pretty until my husband makes it fancy with the graphic design. So

once he does that, we'll have the big reveal. But three years ago, before I had even started

this podcast, I launched the website, she proves faithful.com,

to provide resources for women to help disciple other women. Because when I became a Christian,

I was so blessed to have women walk alongside me, teach me how to read the word, memorize scripture,

how to evangelize to nonbelievers. I was so encouraged and blessed in the beginning of my walk.

And as I grew up and started meeting with other women, I realized that this was an atypical

experience for most people. So I wanted to start a website that would help give resources for that.
