you don't get less freedom, you get more freedom. It's great. So biblical thinking helps us

prove faithful as women, wives, and mothers, and really live in the wide boundaries that God

has given us for our joy and his glory.

Today is such a much anticipated topic for me and maybe for you.

We are going to dive in to the world of self-care.

Now, the hashtag self-care has over 4.2 million posts on Instagram alone. And I guess there's

an official day for self-care because hashtag Sunday self-care had a lot of posts too. But it's kind of

trendy to throw out these pictures of, you know, like essential oils and say self-care is important.
