Hello, friends, it is nap time, rest time, snack time over at the Lushek household.

Actually, my son is sleeping. My daughter is probably playing Bop It to Start because that's her

new favorite thing. Do you guys remember that little game? You like,

bop it to start and you like bop it, twist it, pull it. Yeah, she's like so proud. She's four and she's like got up to eight now and I'm over here. I'm 34 and I'm like, man, what is it saying? Did it say

shout? What does it want me to do? So she's real cute. I'm so excited about today. But before we dive in, I want to tell you a little

life hack because it is summertime. Summer is my favorite season. I'm from Florida and you would

think summertime would be my least favorite because it's summer all year long in Florida.

And then in summertime, it's actually just like you're living on the sun.

Except I've talked to people who live now in Arizona, and it sounds even more miserable there because you guys don't have a beach.

So I am sorry for that.

But this is how hot it was.

In high school, I went shopping in a town called Gainesville because they have the bigger mall.

That's where the gators are.

But we don't cheer for the gators. No, no. We're Seminoles in this house. Go Noles. Anyway, but I lived

near the town of Gainesville growing up. So I would drive up there and my girlfriends and I would go
