Fearon, and we're talking about the passing of the late great James Cook, a truly

wonderful man. I've actually written about James in depth at boxing scene. So pop over there and have a look

at boxing scene.com for my story on James Cook. But here James's friend Spencer talks about

what a man James was and I knew James well for many years, 10, 15, 20 years, a long, long period of time.

And as you can hear in this conversation with Spencer, he meant a great deal to me.

He was there in support when I had to give a speech for ringside charitable trust.

And he's just been an ever-present, consistent force for good for British boxing

and for the Xboxers associations and indeed supporting those in life after boxing.

I've always enjoyed Spencer's company, so I hope you enjoy this conversation with Spencer,

No, in the, yeah, something like that.

I believe so, yeah.

But they would have good people.

Did they have colour TVs back there?

No, what you had to do, you had to get like colored plastic

and put it over the front of your TV just to get kind of like a little graphic on it.
