And prosecutors say it was the ex-husband.

Here's the story.

On a cold December morning in Columbus, Ohio,

friends and coworkers grew alarmed when dentist Spencer Teppi

didn't show up for work.

A welfare check just before 10 a.m. on December 30th uncovered a scene of unspeakable horror.

Spencer 37 and his wife, Monique, 39, were found shot to death inside their North 4th Street home,

victims of a double homicide.

Their two young children were inside the house,

unharmed but forever changed.

For weeks, the case puzzled police,

no sign of forced entry,

no weapon recovered, no apparent motive.

But investigators traced surveillance video and vehicle data to a suspect
