Bonjour. Y'all, we are giving you spring break. We are going to almost be out of this break soon. It's giving MTV without the problematic partying. It's that one show that I love so much from the 90s that no one ever knows that I'm talking about, Sam Blast, but more self-care.

That said, we're delighted to share with you a compilation, a mixtape, a collection of our TME spelling bees, honey, for your listening pleasure. You spoke, we listened. This segment is

here to stay, so we're giving you, as the song goes, more, more, more. So buckle up and enjoy us chaotically learning in public.

Speaking of learning in public, this week on getting better,

I'm talking to Julia Minson, a Harvard decision scientist,

talking all about how to disagree better,

which I cannot think of something that we collectively need to work on more.

I got so much out of this.

And the biggest thing is the difference between curiosity and convincing.

And what that has to do with disagreeing better.

So even in my professional life, I've gotten so much out of the conversation that I had with her since, especially in my professional life.

So get into that one.

It's especially good.

I know I'm always saying that,

but it's really so good.

One of my favorite kinds of travel memories

is when a trip becomes bigger than you even knew it was going to be.
