The confrontation turns deadly. I'm Lisa Lacerra. Fox News. It happened off the northern coast of Cuba.

Cuba's government says its coast guard shot and killed four people and wounded six others,

aboard a Florida registered speedboat during a firefight in Cuban waters.

The Interior Ministry says when a patrol boat

approached near Cayo Falconis, that shots rang out from the speedboat injuring the Cuban captain

and that its troops returned fire. The ministry calls those killed aggressors and says as

providing medical care for the injured and investigating the incident. Florida

Republican Congressman Carlos Jimenez calls it a massacre and says Cuba's regime must be relegated

to the dustbin of history for its countless crimes against humanity. Fox is Carmen Rompers. This

comes as Secretary of State Marco Rubio meets with Caribbean leaders at a regional summit, heightening tensions during an already sensitive time.

Vice President J.D. Vance says the Trump administration is pausing some Medicaid funding to Minnesota over front concerns.

We're allowing a few bad actors to get rich off that generosity of spirit instead of providing the services

to the kids who needed. This is disgraceful. That's made the announcement with Dr. Mehmet-Az,

the administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. He says they're taking

the action to ensure the state of Minnesota takes its obligations seriously to be good stewards of the American people's tax money.

The FBI searching the headquarters of the Los Angeles Unified School District and the home of its superintendent,

Albert Cavarho, the reason for the search is not known because the affidavits are under seal.

The district tells the Associated Press it's cooperating with the investigation.

Wall Street stocks erased their losses for the week so far. The down gained 307 and
