We are going to do a speed clean of one room and then we're going to head to the kitchen.

So you're going to pick what that other room is besides your kitchen. Let me explain.

Yesterday, I had a limited amount of time. Someone was coming over

and I needed to clean on my lunch break. And I'm not proud of this, but my living room was a disaster.

But the kids were at school and i needed to get it cleaned up so there were just a lot of things you know left out i don't know why it just got

out of hand i guess we haven't been doing our daily pickup like we should or something.

So I was racing around, picking up the living room, and then I finished off by cleaning the kitchen.

And I broke a sweat. It felt good that I was moving quickly even though I

had the thermostat down low I actually broke a sweat and it kind of felt good and I

thought about the fact that I never clean that quickly unless I'm facing a deadline

and it's usually someone coming over.

So just keep in mind that you can clean faster than you think.

You go for a brisk walk or you do an intense workout at the gym or whatever and you kind of get that

natural high. I literally achieved that feeling by cleaning. I was moving that quickly and just

thought, I wish I could harness this and do this every day because I got so much done in such a short time.
