The Kremlin has wasted no time at all

capitalizing on the report. We spoke about it yesterday citing that Politico report. I did

actually read somewhere that that decision might be challenged as possibly unconstitutional,

saying that the president cannot arbitrarily decide to overturn a decision voted on by
