The president was outside yesterday, though, of course, as this all happened, he was standing with the construction workers who he loved. He commented at one point that it was costing him a lot of money just to have them standing with him because he was paying them by the hour to do the job. But he liked it. He liked having them there. And as he was standing there, he said, look, we're putting this thing up. And we cut eight here. And when we do this, there's an E word involved in putting this thing up.
