Aristotle goes into a lot of details about friendship,

and it's not entirely easy to pull them together into a completely unified picture.

So what I've done is to group,

I've just picked two main headings,

and these two headings together capture many of the things

that Aristotle has to say.

And that I think will be good enough.

So one of them is equality and inequality.

That's to say, in friendship. And then the other is the activity of friendship. What friends do?
