There's a harmony that needs to be.

Yes.

And we're both needed for it.

And it seems like, especially during the holidays, that we're both just too fed up to remember that this is something that this harmony can only be achieved by an active attempt by both parties

to do the thing, to fill the role well. We start with virtue as the only true good. Then we look at in

different things, choice, the three disciplines, and of course the four card of virtues. And there's

more to talk about than just those things. You said eggnog,

what are you just drinking regular eggnog with nothing in it? I'd much rather, I'd much rather have

a taste of milkshake than a sip of beer. I'll tell you that. But how about a nice eggnog

with some nutmeg and some wild turkey in it, no, some bourbon? In our casual ramblings,

we will provide tools, practical ones,

which you can use right away to make your holiday days a little easier and more stoic.

And some people like white Christmases and sometimes it doesn't snow. Oh, that's true. So if it doesn't snow on Christmas Day, is that a bad thing? No, it's indifferent. The weather's beyond

your control.

But you can still embody the Christmas spirit, be a good neighbor, share with others,

have a conversation, right? And that's a good thing. Shred up a bunch of styrofoam and shoot it all

over the yard. Yes, you could do. You could do that. Yeah, that's right. Not a very just treatment

of the environment, though. Throw some uncooked rice around. There's your snow.

My wife would murder me if I wasted rice.

It's a staff of life, they're right. Yeah. Yeah. It's like breaking pasta to an Italian. You just don't do that.
