Stocks surging today. All major indexes up 7%, but this virus has now killed more than 10,000 Americans.

Wow, what a market day.

Stalks surge.

If we are plateauing, we are plateauing at a very high level.

Trend trackers show signs of peak is near.

We're going to be looking at a decline in GDP of at least 30%.

But it's clear the damage has been done, and big risks remain as the crisis continues.
