With Memorial Day upon us, questions and concerns linger about how we're doing with the reopening of the American economy.

Let's take a look now at several states and what's happening there.

New York seems to be trending in the right direction.

Overall cases are up slightly, but they're fairly stable since the partial reopening last week. And the state's

seven-day average, this is key now, is down 14%. Let's head to Florida, where new cases are

up 35% since reopening nearly three weeks ago, and its seven-day average is rising as well.
