How did you get involved in the world of kickboxing?

And what was that world like when you first entered into it?

Kickboxing's around a long time, possiblyibly longer than boxing, it's just America.

It didn't hit here as a full-blown sport into 1974. And since I started martial arts in 72,

Because we didn't call ourselves kickboxers because we were not in a boxing ring.
