I've always really been into music since I was a little kid. I grew up with the radio.

That was like your world in suburbia. I was always into music. And then I really thought

radio was what I wanted to do. I grew up

during the sort of heyday of FM radio. But that really started to change a lot. And the radio

starts to become very tightly programmed. And I just felt that writing about music gave me more
