Summary
Israel's military says it launched a wave of pre-emptive air strikes against Hezbollah targets in Lebanon. It said it hit more than two-hundred sites, after detecting Hezbollah preparations for strikes on Israeli territory. Hezbollah says it's started "phase one" of an attack on Israel - in retaliation for the killing of one of its leaders last month.
