We are currently sat in front of the Hare Pavilion in Wilmington, Delaware's historic waterfront.

Oh my God. And yeah, that sort of fills the listeners in on where, oh where we have been for like a short but wonderful thing.

The last like what, 24 hours, if that of our lives?

Spent in Delaware.

Oh my God.

What a place.

What a time to be alive.

So here's story lesson that I imagine many people actually share,

especially those from the UK if you're listening.

When Wayne's World came out, 91, 92, whenever it was, I remember renting it on video from the shop. And, like, one of many things that made me love America from the UK. Like, American media sold America as the land of dreams. And, like, every... Walking into the telly, I've often used that example, right? And Waynenes World, like, I was too young to think so little of a place. And yet, Wayne's World's absolutely incredible. But if you've not seen it, Wayne and Garth do a green screen gag where they kind of, like, hit some stereotypes of various states. It's like, oh, they're in New York. I've got a gun. Let's see a Broadway show. They're pretending like they're traveling across all the states. We're in Texas. Howdy, partner? Yeah, like that kind of thing. And then the green screen flashes to a sign that just says, welcome to Delaware. It's got a bridge on it, and we're in God, just, we're in Delaware and have nothing, and they have nothing. And that has stuck with me

for going on like 35 years, as I imagine it has of others, like, just brutal, but they're really

warm at the same time. So warm in fact that we popped at that on the train on the way excitedly

to Wilmington, Delaware, and then saw it immortalising sticker form

on a lampus, like not long after we arrived. So it feels as though like Wilming in itself

and Delaware as a state has embraced that. Yeah. They are the first state as someone last night

was very proud of telling us. Very cute to tell us. I've since seen it on street signs. Yeah.

We've got like America's 250th birthday coming up.

And I think that might be the only thing they've got.
