Hello and welcome to Phil and Fed's bogus journey. Phil, where are we?

We are currently in Prospect Park in Providence, Rhode Island, sat in a beautiful bench with a beautiful sun out, looking over the beautiful city.

It is a beautiful city, yes, because where have we been since we last recorded?

Well, we were in Stamford, Connecticut. And then we got a train to Providence, Rhode Island. And we missed off a bit of the Stanford one. A little bit. We should probably finish off before we get into Providence, maybe. A little bit. Shout out. As we recorded the Stanford one, we were sat in a mall waiting for a shop to open, a souvenir shop was supposed to open at 11. And then, so we finished the podcast and it was like 10 past 11. Yep. And the shop wasn't open. No. So we went on a rather long mission around Stanford. Looking pretty bleak for a bit, wasn't it? It was looking real bleak for a bit. We went in lots of places. Yeah. Absolutely no magnets. A lot of really, really confused people wondering why we want to go there about Stanford Connecticut. That was the theme. That was the prevailing theme, yeah. In some cases, it's a bit of a, for those that have listened, this is like a reward, it's like a podcast scavenger hunt. For those of us, for those of you that listen to the Stanford episode in full, and were confused by the mystery disappearing act of the guy that we assumed to be the Vince McMahon Waxburg guy's heavy, we saw that again in two or three places whereup, I'm asking for magnets, people just shut down. Yeah. As if we were like cracking some sort of like Stamford's secret society.

It's like the Truman Show when you just ask a question you don't quite expect or know the answer to and they're just there. The apiece wasn't like, started like crackling or something.

But shout out to PJ Kennedy of Hay Stanford. It's It's Stamford. Haystamford. Hey, Stamford. Who kind of missed to Stanford. Opened up his shop. We bought magnets. I bought a T-shirt. We had to send them a message on Instagram while you did. Yeah. To say like, hey, we really want a magnet. Are you going to be open? He sorted us out, man. They're like, I'm open now, and they had two whole magnets. He did.

wear on the channel definitely it's uh stanford connecticut and it's in red and white so that like

that fit me down at the ground uh it won't literally fit me i've eaten too many burgers at this point

but it'll fit me one day um and he told us kind of what we wanted to hear, didn't we? He was asking like, oh, I saw what culture of wrestling on the name like you, taking you guys here to see WWB stuff. And we're like, yeah. And we told them about going to see Titan Tower, and he told us how it was ultimately going to get turned into flats and basically to bring to live and then gave us what we wanted which was the story of how when he was younger one of his friends' dad just happened to work at the Fed and he went around the place he got the full tour of the building he got a rocker's t-shirt he said that's the stuff man isn't it that's the living in sanford park the very normal side of w-dhre that you kind of want to hear about where you're just in this town and It's a very normal side of WWE that you kind of

want to hear

about where you're

just in this

town and there's a

company there

and you're like yeah your friend's dad will just take you around dad works for the Fed school trips there probably like an accountant or something enough that he gets to go into the offices and that's about it Pretty cool, man.

And then, yeah, that was Stanford.

We were back on at riding the rails.

Connecticut is massive. Connecticut's bigger than I thought, yeah. Connecticut's got a lot. Long. Posh, fancy, rich. Lots of big houses. Lots of boats and stuff outside of the windows. Yeah. Nice, though. Very nice. Yeah, my review of Connecticut would be lots of water. Lots of water. Lots of rich white guys. Yeah, yeah. Felt about right. But we arrived in Providence for early evening and what about how I... So right, normally this is a bit of the podcast where I put fill over for basically a hotel being nice.
