Apple still fighting the sideloading thing.

Turns out Apple admitting the possibility of third-party app stores and

sideloading for iPhone is not the same as accepting their advent.

I told you last week of changes to a recent Apple 10K filing,

thanks to those it appeared to some that it was all over but the shouting as far as Apple was concerned and that the company would make way

for App Store's besides its own for the iPhone.

All of this to be in compliance with the EU's Digital Markets Act or DMA.

Turns out though, Apple still got some fight left in it.

Apple highlights a Bloomberg report that says the Cupertino Company is drafting an appeal to the

DMA arguing that it should not be required to allow alternative app marketplaces on its

devices. We don't know specifically what Apple's arguments will be. Another piece on the issue

from 9 to 5 max says the deadline for Apple's appeal is Thursday, the 16th of November, and the company may sit on the appeal or continue
