So anyway, kind of a rare thing. We don't do that many interviews but here's one with jeff manian jeff is pastor of the ada bible church which is a really big church

You bet. I've known Jeff for a little while, and I got a chance to see him present this info a couple

years ago, and I asked him then, like, please, whenever we're back around each other, please

let me do an interview with you about this, because I love it so much. And anybody who's

listened to the podcast for long or listening to the show for long or follows me

at all knows like this is right at my alley so you won't be surprised but the book is called and it's

just out it's called dream big think small again jeff manion is our guest and so dream big think small

this is what i love about this is it's very atypical about how you're supposed to

live your life the think small part is the is the bold print so how's it being received i know people

like it i mean obviously but it is counterintuitive for some people well it is and it all started with

a graduation i hate going to graduation ceremonies it's it kind of like you can achieve anything you set your mind to, you know.

And so I had like 12 minutes to speak to high school graduates.

And I just thought, what if they walked away saying,

I will establish one discipline and it's a small discipline,

and I will do it over and over and over.
