We've been real honest about this in the past, and I mentioned this because hopefully it'll mean something to you.

And I also have a thing I don't understand from a spiritual standpoint fully.

I get so frustrated because you're like, Brant, I know the answer to this.

How dare you not know the answer?

I have been intensely discouraged over the last week.

Okay.

It's totally predictable.

It happens when I have to do something stressful or way out of my idiom.

Like this job calls me out of myself every day to talk.

And I can do that.

But if it's overboard, like when we're doing a fundraiser or something,

like I have to talk and I'm passionately pouring myself out.

I mean everything I'm saying,

but it's this immense amount of energy over the course of several days.

And at the end, I know what's going to happen,

which is I am not only going to be tired of myself, I'm going to tell

myself or my brain is going to tell me, you are such a failure. You need to shut up and quit.

You need to quit. No one needs to hear from you. No one needs to hear if you're blah, blah, blah. You're

embarrassing and I feel humiliated. I know it's coming. Okay. So that's the thing I can separate
