Late Night host Jimmy Kimmel returned to the airwaves last week following Disney's abrupt decision to pull the comedian's show after comments he made the week before, referencing the assassination of Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk.

Those comments angered President Donald Trump and others on the right, including FCC chairman, Brendan Carr.

about Charlie Kirk Shooter insinuating that he belonged to MAGA.

Was this protected free speech?

And is this a black and white issue?

comments, this is the type of speech that we are allowed to say under the First Amendment.
