Hello, welcome to a special edition of the Fight Disciples podcast, I know you're thinking

where the lads been, as you are aware if you listened to last week's show, Adam is

currently sunning himself, I said I would pick up the reins, there was supposed to be

a show yesterday, here's a quick disclaimer, and I won't throw them under the bus, there

was supposed to be a MMA show yesterday, but with a current MMA well champion, and now

before we were due to record, he texted me and said, sorry, I'm on a flight to Median

in Colombia, it was a last minute thing, Jesus Christ, a last minute thing to go to Colombia

of all bloody places, but anyway, and we'll get into that in a second no doubt, with

today's Boxing Show guests, because I'm delighted, and if you follow us on social media

you'll know that, with all bloody boys at the moment, we're friends, I'm delighted to

say, the one, the only Britain's funniest man, the guy literally hosts the second best

podcast in the country, in Perentincale, the Guna himself, Mr Rob Beckett, finally gets

the joy in the Fight Disciples, yes Rob, how are you buddy?

My debut on the fight, the problem with going on a podcast you love is you lose an episode

of that week, because I cannot listen to myself back, do you listen to yourself back?

I do all the time, because obviously I'm a nightmare, I walk the dog listen to the show

back, and I take myself and not saying things I should have said, I do not listen back

every week, I can't listen to me mad, really, Adam's the same, Adam cannot listen to a single

second, but I don't know whether it's because I've come from a written journalistic background

and I'm moved into broadcasting, and I'm like my worst critic or whatever, but yeah, it's

things like absolutely, and all these little ticks that I have, yeah, it's good, it's

nice.
