This is part two of a special investigation about a football field in New Orleans.

A field that was supposed to be a symbol of the city's recovery after Hurricane Katrina,

but has never been built.

To quickly recap yesterday's episode, the upper ninth ward field of dreams got a lot

of attention when it was first announced.

A lot to cover tonight.

We are live tonight from a place they call the ninth ward field of dreams.

And it caught the attention of everyone from Drew Breeze to Alyssa Milano to President Obama.

But disagreements about the scale of the project and who would own it began to fester and two

key people stepped away, the project's creator and its lead architect.

We've never resigned from a project.

This is the only one.

And of course, what's ironic is it's the one that meant the most to me.

Today, we continue our conversation with the athletics Jeff Duncan, who's been investigating

the story for years.

We'll hear how things unfolded after these key leaders stepped away and what happened to

the nearly one million dollars that seemed to disappear.
