Life has been good. Thanks, Andy. Good to see you. Yeah, we just had a great holiday season.

New Year's resolutions, gosh, I'll probably keep those to myself right now but but yeah we had a good good go of it

it's been fun watching football i think the only problem with with new years is like i i literally

will sit and watch more television more sports than i need to and it's almost like i got to force

myself outside or like force myself into a book or something like that because it just gets it gets

really bad around here yeah from the like christmas day especially you know you have a packers game on

christmas day and then you've got the whole NBA slate of action you've got all the college bowls

going on uh it's just there's so much going on there and it's a lot of good football taking place as

well um yeah it's tough to kind of pry yourself away from the TV at times.

But I do want to start, obviously.

Let's start with the update first.

I'm sure most people know by now.

But great news on the DeMar Hamlin front as we're recording this today.

Sounds like he has some, or at least they're thinking, you know,

mental functions and he's being able to squeeze teammates' hands and just a really,

really sound report for the first time that we got, I think, really good news on this situation.

But I did want to ask you as a former player, because I think everyone watching it that
