me guys. I appreciate it. I think it starts at the core that I'm a lifelong fat of competition

and sports. You know I grew up. I mean just devouring anything and anything anything and everything

about sports around me and you know I played baseball and soccer as we called it and basketball

growing up and just loved everything and soon into my professional career with the 49ers as we were

trying to sort of professionalize and modernize the 49ers and build a stadium and build grower

organization. It was around that time that I realized well wait a second there is a blueprint

that really can apply across sport. It's not necessary. At least the everything off the pitch

is very exportable. There's a lot of things that you can do in terms of it still comes down to

media rights and ticket sales and hospitality and sponsorship and PR and building the right
