All right, welcome back to another episode of Friends from Work, a podcast about all

things in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, hosted by

me, Robbie, and by my good friend, Kyle. And today, we have a very special episode, and I know

what you're thinking. You guys say that a lot. Well, to be fair, we have a lot of special episodes,

but this episode, okay, we have a lot of special episodes. But this episode,

okay, we told you guys already. This week has been a big music week. We've been hoping to have a

week like this, probably since we started this podcast. Kyle and I spend a ton of time listening to

these film scores. We love them. We follow the composers.

And so we've had a ton of fun seeing you guys engage online and seeing how much we're not

alone there, which I love because I know a lot of folks don't really dig into that.

I'm sure composers kind of appreciate you doing so. But all of that, this whole past week has kind of

culminated in our chance today to interview Henry Jackman, who composed the film scores for

Captain America, the Winter Soldier, Captain America Civil War, and most recently, the Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

And this interview, guys, does not disappoint. Like, hear me out. Everyone who's come on our show has been so amazing, and we have loved doing these interviews.

And the guests we've had are incredible. This interview in particular, though, is going to blow your mind.

It exceeded our expectations.

So it's lengthy, but trust me,

this is some of the most fun musical MCU content we've ever had.

Like, this is our jam.

It is truly unlike anything else we've gotten to be a part of on this show.
