0:43.8	A judge has denied Mark Meadows' request to move his charges from state to federal court.
0:50.2	Trump's former chief of staff was the first Georgia co-defendant to try to make this move.
0:55.4	Our others have also done the same, and yesterday, Trump's lawyers signaled he may follow suit.
1:01.2	Meadows actually took the stand at the hearing on his request last week.
1:05.2	He argued that the charges against him were related to his official work in the Trump administration.
1:11.4	Well, Judge Steve Jones rejected that, and he added this about Meadows' testimony.
1:16.5	Meadows was unable to explain the limits of his authority, other than his inability to
1:20.7	stump for the president or work on behalf of the campaign.
1:24.8	And tonight, Meadows filed a notice of appeal to the 11th Circuit Court.
1:29.3	This all comes just hours after the unceiling of the Special Grand Jury Report that was
1:34.4	in fact the basis for the Georgia election case.
1:37.4	Last month, D.A. Fonney Willis announced 19 people, including former President Trump,
