When was the last time you took a breath?

I don't mean the kind that just keeps you alive.

I mean the kind you actually notice.

The kind where you felt your shoulders drop,

or your jaw soften,

or the space behind your eyes go quiet just for a moment. If you can't remember, that's okay. That's

exactly why you're here. Now, this is a special episode of Common Down. It's a little different

than usual. Last week, an album of mine was released called Awakening, The Stillness Within.

And today, I want to share it with you.

Not in a, hey, go stream this kind of way.

I mean, I want to actually listen to it with you together, from your headphones to mine.

I made this album in Mumbai, India,

alongside some of the most extraordinary musicians

I've ever sat in a room with.

Nine songs, about 70 minutes,

and every one of them was made with one intention

to give you somewhere quiet, the land.

So here's how this is going to work. I'm going to walk you through the album, track by track.

Before each one, I'll give you a small imitation, maybe a breath or a thought or an image to

hold, and then I'll step away.

But when the song ends, don't worry, I'll still be here or come back.
