The defenses raise the idea that maybe Cohen messed with the recording in some way.

You know...

Like afterwards Donald Trump would be like, I don't know what you're talking about, who would I be paying?

Because it just sort of, like, they they're just talking all the sudden it just ends

So in theory I think it's a natural thing for the defense lawyers to try to raise the idea of well maybe at the very end of this the part you don't hear he's like well just make sure you do everything legally.

We will never give up, we will never can see that doesn't happen.
