Hey everybody this is going to be a special

short little episode about the St. Pat's

24 hour race.

The St. Pat's race takes part in

South Bend, Indiana, in October. All of the

funds go to ALS, which is an organization that's near and dear to me because I recently

lost my dear friend Alfredo to ALS. I'm going to just interview a few people. The race director, Sarah Miller, Anastasia, who won the six-hour, Crystal, that won the 12-hour,

and Amanda, who's a listener and who participated in the 12-hour as well.

Just to give you a little taste of the race, these are the thoughts of people just as they finish the race, so they're

kind of fresh in their mind and kind of interviews that I did on the fly. If you're not

interested in the St. Pat's race, no point listening. Not any other content for anything

else, but I thought it was really cool to just hear the perspectives of these people and what they

thought of the race.

And it's a special kind of timed event.

So perhaps you'll get a lot out of it.
