We're giving a break to Mr. Daniel because we have a special guest in the studio today,

Ms. Kelly Carls, the queen of real estate, in my personal opinion.

I asked her to come in today because we keep getting questions about real estate

and what's going on in the environment, regardless of where you are. I know a lot of our

listeners are in different parts of the country, some in the hottest markets in the country.

So we're going to talk a little bit about what's happening in real estate. Kelly's been in the

business a long time. She's at least a second

generation. Second generation. Second generation. Second generation. Her mom's still in the biz, right?

for a long time and hopefully it becomes more of a staple on the DIY money podcast so kelly welcome to
