I'm your host, Claire, and I had to pop on and share the live episode that I recorded at Sikh 2019.

Focus was super generous and invited me to come to the conference as a podcaster and I truly had a blast.

I go to like a few different events for the podcast but honestly not that many.

It's really hard for me to get away with my kids

plus we just bought a house and I have my other book deal so I've just got a lot of

things going on right now but I have wanted to go back to Sikh for a long, long time. As a lot of people

know, Sikh made a huge impression on me in my college days when I went to Sikh Orlando, and then

I went to seek

Nashville as a missionary and while it was a ton of fun,

it was also a lot of work because when you're a focus missionary at Sikh,

you're working. And so I was helping to run the focus Twitter and so I was running around like a

crazy person. I didn't really feel like I got to get a lot out of the conference that

year and so I always wanted to go back. I knew that. I didn't know in what capacity.

And it was so funny because I got to spend a lot of time at the conference with my good friends,

Shannon and Anna, from the Eden invitation, and we were reminiscing that a long time ago right after the

podcast had just started We were at Starbucks and they were sharing their dreams for

Eden invitation with me they hadn't even publicly launched yet and we were

both saying that it would be so amazing if in a year and a half we were both at

Sikh 2019 Anna speaking and me live podcasting.

And it happened.
