And we could not be more excited. Our guest is someone whose name you've heard so many times on this podcast before because he is an invaluable resource to us as one of the foremost scholars of Agathicristy.

That would be John Curran, who has two books currently to his name, both of which, again, we have used just shamelessly

on this podcast to try to make sense of Christie's mystery puzzling.

Process?

Yeah, her process and what might have been going on in her brain

when she was concocting these puzzle mysteries. And I can only reference the autobiography of Agatacristi

so much, you know? Occasionally I have to go to a secondary text.

I mean, Kemper, I think some of us have wondered in the past if there is a limit to how many times you can reference Agathic Christie's autobiography but we are all very glad for the work that John Kern has done especially in the

archives both to add I think insight into what we're talking about and to eliminate long votes from the autobiography on this

particular podcast. Yes, just for that alone he has he has definitely saved you from some autobiographical meandering so

his first book was Agitha Christie's secret notebooks 50 years of mysteries in the making.

And really if you're a listener of this podcast,

you should read this book because it deep dives

into the notebooks that Agatha Christie kept throughout her life in which she made

notes and worked out the plots and characters and puzzles for her novels. And it brings just such a deeper level of understanding to how she did what she did

and also just what she was doing because he has a lot of information here that we have not found anywhere else.
