practitioners from around the country.

They're the winners of Amplifies 24 Science of Reading Star Awards.

And on this episode, they're going to reflect on,

one, why it's so critical to stay grounded in evidence-based literacy practices, and two, how they

bring those evidence-based practices into their classrooms and schools. It's going to be an

episode filled with some creative ideas for making a difference in students' lives. For those who

don't know, the Science of Reading Star Awards are given each year to educators,

schools, and districts who are lighting the way for students. Categories range from the district
