When I'm working with people I'm curious about what are their motivating values and virtues and principles for life and then the next door to question is now that I'm clear with how I choose to live my life am I actually doing that and if there's a wide gap between what I choose from my life

and what I'm actually doing then that I'm living out of integrity.
