Margaret H Willison and I are going to Bath this summer in order to treat Jane Austen's Northanger Abbey as sacred.

I am so thrilled to be offering this for a couple of reasons. I'm just so excited for us to go to bath

It is such a cool and beautiful city and then also I love Northanger Abbey. There is so much in it I'm excited to talk about and I really like the way that it is both

where Jane Austin's authorial voice is sort of getting born and finding its feet and the place where Catherine Moreland, the heroin,

is doing the same thing.

And just exploring that growing sense of self.

I'm just really excited to examine that and talk about how to listen to our

own inner voices and also when to question our own inner voices. Like when are we

replicating narratives that don't serve us.

Never, not me.

Well, Vanessa won't be able to speak to that part,

but she will be able to speak brilliantly to how to listen to your inner voice when it is right

and how to interpret gut feelings and like trust the gift of fear.
