All right, Matt Dixon, welcome back. So we are here again.

Today's stage started in Chevalier.

Very nice. It was a steady climb.

And then we had a nice descent through lots of very dark tunnels that people had to be careful of.

Then the middle climb was the beast today.

That was the long, more challenging one. Another big descent down Alp Duez, the famous climb that we had and

then we finished up going up to La Douzalp, which is the bit of a grinder, but a good steady finish.

For everyone, well, it was a little bit of a crazy day for me. After a nice early start, I had to do

the first climb in a single

gear. I had no shifting at all. There was something around the connection. So I still, because I'm an

idiot, went as hard as I could up that climb, staying with the group, very aggressive,

descended down, stood on the side of the road for 45 minutes.

Finally, my friends from Mavik came, they tried to fix it.

They couldn't fix it.

On the telephone with the mechanic from Lefuga, trying to fix it, it couldn't be fixed.

So I got a clown's bike, which was very nice.

It was a nice Mavik, size medium. And in case
