Hi Amanda, thanks for coming on the newsworthy. Thank you so much, Erica, excited to be here.

So I definitely want to talk about what to expect in 2021,

but first, let's take a quick look back on 2020. We saw home prices soar despite

people a lot of people in the country losing their jobs and just feeling a lot of

uncertainty so explain for us what happened there.

Yeah, what happened, right? That's the big question. You know, real estate really was the bright

spots in the pandemic economy. You know, obviously the pandemic inflicted so much pain on
